Helpline

The Health Eligibility Law Project or “HELP” line provides help for low income persons with questions or problems regarding public benefits programs. Services are free.

HELP Can answer questions Such as:

  • How do I apply?
  • Will I qualify
  • What documents do I need?
  • What can I do if program benefits are denied or reduced?
  • How can I contact a caseworker?

HELP can work to solve problems such as:

  • You need help with your application.
  • Your application is denied.
  • You are being cut off your medical coverage.
  • Your governmental program will not pay for services, that your doctor says you need.
  • You are denied disability based Medicaid.
